As you approach Plan 23-058, you're greeted by the charm of Modern Farmhouse architecture, where rustic warmth meets contemporary design. The exterior is clad in white vertical board and batten siding, beautifully contrasted by a natural stone veneer wainscot. Dark-framed windows punctuate the facade, some sheltered by sleek metal awnings and others adorned with traditional wood shutters.
Stepping inside from the covered front porch, you'll find yourself in a spacious, open-concept single-story ranch. The heart of the home is the great room, with its soaring 12-foot tray ceiling and abundant natural light. Adjacent to the great room is a casual dining area and a well-appointed kitchen, complete with a central island and a walk-in pantry.
To the right, discover your private master suite, a true sanctuary. The primary bedroom features a 12-foot tray ceiling and a cozy sitting area. The ensuite master bath offers dual vanities, a separate tub, and a shower with a built-in seat. The generous walk-in master closet provides ample storage space.
On the opposite side of the home, two additional bedrooms await, each with walk-in closets and access to a central bathroom. A two-car garage connects to the main house through a mudroom with built-in bench and cubbies, keeping things organized. The adjacent utility room adds to the functionality of this well-designed home. This plan includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the master suite thoughtfully separated from the secondary bedrooms.
The flow of this plan is intuitive, creating a harmonious balance between shared living spaces and private retreats. The thoughtful details and high-quality design make this house plan a wonderful choice for creating your dream home.
