Step into the welcoming embrace of Plan 23-063, a home where elegance meets everyday comfort. Imagine pulling up to your French Country or Rustic Craftsman-style home, the exterior a symphony of light-colored, rough-cut stone masonry and a complex, high-pitched roofline adorned with elegant timber trusses and deep eaves.
As you cross the threshold through the grand dark wood double doors, you're greeted by a foyer with a soaring 10-foot ceiling, leading you into a thoughtfully designed space. To your right, a cozy study awaits, perfect for quiet reflection or focused work. To your left, a formal dining room with a 12-foot ceiling sets the stage for memorable gatherings.
The heart of the home unfolds as you enter the grand great room, where a 12-foot ceiling and a central fireplace create an atmosphere of warmth and connection. This central hub flows effortlessly into the open-concept kitchen and breakfast nook, designed for both culinary adventures and casual family meals.
Your master suite, a secluded retreat, awaits in the right wing of the house. Here, tranquility reigns in a bedroom with a dedicated sitting area, leading to a luxuriously appointed master bath with dual vanities, a separate shower, and a soaking tub. Two separate walk-in closets, "His" and "Hers," offer ample space for your wardrobe.
On the opposite side of the home, three additional bedrooms provide comfort and privacy for family or guests, each with walk-in closets and access to a central full bathroom.
Convenience is key with a utility/laundry room, a powder room for guests, and additional storage closets thoughtfully positioned between the kitchen and the two-car side-entry garage.
Outside, a front porch and rear porch invite you to savor the beauty of your surroundings, extending your living space into the great outdoors. With 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a half bathroom, this home offers the perfect balance of luxury and practicality, a place where memories are made and cherished for years to come.
