Step into Plan 23-062, where the soul of Mediterranean elegance meets the rhythm of modern living. This home isn't just a structure; it's a 2837 sq ft sanctuary designed to embrace connection and tranquility.
As you approach, the Modern Mediterranean style whispers tales of sun-drenched coasts and timeless beauty. The warm tan stucco, accented by the natural stacked stone, creates an inviting embrace, while the terra cotta roof tiles evoke a sense of old-world charm. The grand, arched dark-wood double doors beckon you inside, promising stories waiting to unfold.
Inside, the floor plan is a masterpiece of flow and function. The heart of the home lies in the great room, dining room, and open-concept kitchen. The interplay of light and space creates an atmosphere perfect for both lively gatherings and quiet moments of reflection. The kitchen, equipped with a large central island and a walk-in pantry, is a culinary haven.
The left wing of the house cradles the master suite, a private retreat where luxury meets serenity. The master bedroom, with its 13-foot tray ceiling, is a sanctuary of calm. The ensuite master bath is a spa-like escape, featuring dual vanities, a separate soaking tub, and a generous shower. The walk-in master closet stands ready to house your treasured wardrobe. The flow between the rooms makes getting ready in the morning and winding down in the evening an absolute pleasure.
On the opposite wing, three secondary bedrooms offer comfort and privacy. The inclusion of a utility and laundry room adds everyday convenience.
Outside, the front and rear porches extend the living space, inviting you to bask in the beauty of nature. The outdoor kitchen and the massive outdoor living porch, complete with a fireplace, promise endless evenings of al fresco dining and laughter under the stars.
Plan 23-062 is more than just a house; it's a place where memories are made, and life is celebrated. It's where you'll find not just a home, but also your haven.
