Nestled within the Plan 23-055, discover a seamless blend of Texas Hill Country charm and modern craftsman elegance. As you step through the recessed front porch and into the grand foyer, a sense of warmth envelops you, drawn by the vaulted, beamed ceiling that speaks of architectural thoughtfulness.
The heart of this home is undoubtedly the great room, where soaring timber beams frame a fireplace. Imagine evenings spent here, the fire casting a soft glow as laughter fills the air. A vast sliding glass door invites the outside in, connecting you to a generous rear-covered porch perfect for starlit conversations or morning coffees.
The kitchen is a culinary dream, thoughtfully designed with a large central island, a farm sink, and a walk-in pantry, making meal preparation an absolute joy. Adjacent, the dining space flows effortlessly, beckoning you to gather with loved ones, creating memories around shared meals. The inclusion of a game room and media room adds to the home's capacity for both lively entertainment and relaxed leisure.
Privacy is paramount in the master suite, thoughtfully positioned at the rear of the home. The master bedroom, with its beamed ceiling, provides a serene escape. The luxury master bath is a spa-like retreat, featuring dual vanities, a separate tub, and a large shower, all designed to pamper and rejuvenate. The walk-in closet offers a personal haven, ensuring that organization meets luxury.
The exterior of Plan 23-055 is a testament to sophisticated design. The facade marries horizontal dark-toned stone veneer with warm taupe siding, creating an inviting and visually appealing exterior. The multi-gabled roofline, accented by timber trusses, adds character and depth. The prominent central gabled porch, supported by heavy timber columns, welcomes you home. Large, multi-pane windows flood the interior with natural light, enhancing the connection between the indoors and the beautiful world outside.
