Step into the Plan 23-051, a dwelling where the heart of Texas Hill Country meets the clean lines of Modern Craftsman design. It's more than just a house; it's a 4405 square foot sanctuary designed for living deeply and fully.
As you approach, the exterior greets you with a blend of light-colored natural stone and warm wood siding, crowned by a complex, multi-gabled roof. Dark timber trusses accent the gables, creating a visual depth that feels both grand and welcoming. The recessed front entrance, sheltered by a gabled porch and heavy timber columns, invites you inside.
The flow of this home is thoughtfully designed. Entering through the covered front porch, the foyer unfolds into a spacious great room, where a vaulted ceiling and fireplace create an atmosphere of warmth. The open-concept kitchen, complete with a large island and walk-in pantry, is a culinary dream. Adjacent to the kitchen, the casual dining area offers sliding door access to an expansive outdoor living porch, perfect for entertaining or quiet evenings under the stars.
The left wing of the house is your private retreat, with a master suite that promises relaxation. The master bedroom, with its 11-foot ceiling, leads into a master bath featuring separate vanities, a luxurious shower, and a central tub. The two walk-in closets and a dressing area ensure that your personal space remains uncluttered and serene.
On the opposite side of the home, the service and entertainment zone offers a bunk room and a game room, perfect for family fun or hosting friends. The three-car garage and separate truck garage provide ample space for vehicles and storage.
Plan 23-051 isn't just a house plan; it's a blueprint for a life well-lived, a place where every detail contributes to a sense of comfort, style, and belonging. It includes a floor plan with complete dimensions, a foundation plan, elevations, a roof plan, wall sections, schedules, cabinet elevations, and an electrical plan. It features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. It has a 3-stall garage, laundry access from the master suite, a flex room, and a study/office. The foundation can be slab, crawl space, or basement. With 10', 11', and vaulted ceiling heights, this home is ready to accommodate your life and style.
