Step into Plan 23-044, where Texas Hill Country charm meets rustic craftsmanship, creating a home that feels both grand and inviting. As you approach, the exterior greets you with a stunning facade of irregular-cut natural stone and horizontal wood siding, all under a complex, multi-leveled roof of charcoal-grey shingles. The heavy timber-framed porch, with its massive wood columns and decorative trusses, welcomes you inside.
Entering through the foyer, with its soaring 12-foot tray ceiling, you'll find a spacious study to your right—perfect for quiet reflection or focused work. Moving forward, the heart of the home unfolds: a vast, two-story great room with a vaulted ceiling, decorative beams, and a fireplace that promises cozy evenings. Large windows frame views of the rear pool area, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.
The great room flows effortlessly into the kitchen and casual dining area. The kitchen, a culinary dream, features a curved island with a breakfast bar, a walk-in pantry, and a wine cooler area. The dining space, with its 11-foot tray ceiling, is ideal for family meals and gatherings.
The left wing of the home is your private sanctuary. The master suite, accessed through a private hall, includes a bedroom with a 12-foot tray ceiling and an integrated sitting area. The master bath is a spa-like retreat with separate vanities, a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a stone accent wall. His and hers walk-in closets offer ample storage.
On the right wing, two additional bedrooms each feature walk-in closets and private ensuite bathrooms. At the rear, a large game room awaits, perfect for entertainment. The service areas, including a laundry room and a drop zone, are thoughtfully placed for convenience.
Outside, a vast outdoor living porch with a fireplace and cooking area extends the living space, creating a seamless transition to the pool area. Plan 23-044 isn't just a house; it's a place where memories are made, and life is celebrated.
