Plan Description

Plan 23-038 is more than just a house; it's a Texas Hill Country retreat designed for both grand entertaining and intimate family moments. With 3,268 square feet of heated living space, this single-story home embraces a lifestyle of seamless indoor-outdoor living.

As you approach, the exterior whispers rustic elegance, blending the rugged charm of natural stone masonry with the sophisticated touch of stucco accents. The complex, multi-leveled roofline, finished in dark charcoal standing-seam metal, gives the home a solid, grounded presence, while the stone-arched front porch welcomes you inside.

Stepping through the heavy, dark wood door, the foyer opens into a space where thoughtful design meets everyday practicality. To your left, the master suite awaits, a private sanctuary tucked away from the bustle of family life. The master bedroom, with its soaring 12-foot tray ceiling, promises restful nights, while the ensuite master bath offers a spa-like experience with dual vanities, a luxurious walk-in shower, and a soaking tub perfect for unwinding after a long day. The expansive "his" and "hers" walk-in closets ensure that even the most extensive wardrobes find a home.

To the right of the foyer, the home unfolds into an open-plan dining and kitchen area, where family and friends can gather to share meals and create memories. The kitchen, with its large central island, walk-in pantry, and wet bar area, is a chef's dream, while the adjacent great room, anchored by a corner fireplace and crowned with a 12-foot tray ceiling, invites you to relax and unwind.

Beyond the main living area, a secondary wing houses additional bedrooms and recreational spaces, including a game room and exercise room. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature a private ensuite bathroom.

Practicality meets luxury in the utility and service spaces, concentrated near the side entrance. A large utility room with a built-in workbench, a drop zone, and a friends entry ensures that even the mundane tasks of daily life are handled with ease. The massive three-car garage offers ample space for vehicles and storage, while the exceptional outdoor living spaces, including a covered porch with a wet bar and an arbor area with a grill, extend the home's living area into the great outdoors. Plan 23-038 is more than just a house plan; it's an invitation to live a life of comfort, style, and effortless elegance.
