Stepping into Plan 23-033 feels like coming home to a warm embrace after a long journey. This 2,285 square foot, single-story home breathes modern farmhouse charm with a touch of rustic elegance, offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car side-entry garage.
As you approach, the exterior captivates with its blend of natural stone veneer and white board-and-batten siding, a harmonious mix of textures that whispers "welcome." The complex roofline, punctuated by gables and a dormer, adds visual interest, while the large windows promise sun-drenched interiors.
Inside, the foyer beckons, leading you into the heart of the home: a great room with soaring 13-foot ceilings, sloped and beamed for a touch of drama. A gas fireplace, flanked by built-in shelves, stands ready to chase away the evening chill, while direct access to the rear porch invites you to extend your living space outdoors.
To the left, the kitchen and dining areas blend seamlessly, perfect for both casual family meals and lively gatherings. Imagine preparing culinary delights in the kitchen, complete with a cooktop, island, and walk-in pantry, while loved ones gather around the breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area, with its tray ceiling, sets the stage for memorable meals and shared laughter.
The master suite, a sanctuary of peace and privacy, awaits on the right side of the home. The master bedroom, with its own tray ceiling, connects to a master bath featuring a double vanity and a spacious shower.
On the opposite side of the home, two additional bedrooms offer comfort and space for family or guests, sharing a central bathroom. A mudroom with a bench and lockers stands ready to catch the day's clutter, while the laundry room, just steps away, makes chores a breeze.
Plan 23-033 isn't just a house; it's a home where memories are made, laughter echoes, and life unfolds in all its beautiful, messy glory. With its thoughtful design, modern amenities, and undeniable charm, it's more than just a place to live – it's a place to belong.
