SlabPlan Description
Step into Plan 22-013, where country charm meets modern living in a delightful 752 sq ft package. This isn't just a house; it's a place where memories are waiting to be made.
As you approach, the dark grey vertical board-and-batten siding whispers a tale of rustic simplicity, beautifully contrasted by the clean lines of the modern farmhouse style. The dark grey metal standing-seam gable roof extends into a welcoming front porch, supported by sturdy timber posts—perfect for morning coffees or evening chats.
Inside, the open floor plan creates an airy, connected living space. The living room, with its vaulted ceiling, flows seamlessly into the kitchen. Natural light floods the space from the kitchen window, highlighting the L-shaped counter and walk-in pantry. Imagine preparing your favorite meals here, with everything you need right at your fingertips.
The bedrooms are thoughtfully clustered for privacy. The shared bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combination, is easily accessible. Bedroom 1 offers a cozy retreat, while Bedroom 2 provides a bit more space with a larger closet.
Don't overlook the extensive covered porch, accessible right from the living room. This outdoor space expands your living area, inviting you to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The 8:12 roof pitch and 10' ceilings throughout add to the sense of spaciousness.
Plan 22-013 isn't just a house plan; it's the blueprint for your future.
